It's been a busy and difficult month for us here at Ruby & the Swallow, but in between that we have kept our minds dreaming and our heads held high. Our moodboard above shows what we've been dreaming about this September...
One of the biggest things we've been obsessing over this month: weddings! Two of our brides that we have designed stationery for this year got/are getting married this September - and we couldn't be more proud or excited for them. Congrats girls! We're obsessing over botanical drawings this month as we are busy with some illustrative designs for a couple who are getting married next year - better yet, they're beautiful, nostalgic and lovely to have around the house. There have been many birthdays this month, so gift wrapping has been top on our priority lists! Even though this month has shown us dreary weather in Durban, we're still dreaming of Ponta do Ouro (that's' a picture of where we will be staying over New Year's!), fun flip flops, everyday perfume like Calvin Klein Beauty, Spring pastels and crochet tops for Summer.
