What We're Pinning {Chocolate}

With Easter around the corner, it's only natural that the one thing that would be on our minds is chocolate. (Who are we kidding, chocolate is always on our brain!). This week, we've scouting out chocolate and all the delicious forms and variations it comes in. The result has been a scary dive into the world of chocolate and all the scary delicious forms it has been made available to us in. The following recipes we've found are not for the faint hearted. You've been warned!
1 / HOW can we create a chocolate spread and NOT include chocolate brownies?! We love this twist on these traditional brownies with the addition of a soft salted caramel centre. Yum.
2/ Truffles are the perfect Easter treat if you want to make something home-made  And trust us, they're impressive looking and easy to make. A win in our books. We're loving the look of these Chocolate Pistachio Cardamom Truffles. Chocolate and Cardamom make such a great flavour team!
3 / We have only one thing to say about these gorgeous looking toffee chocolate cookies. Get in our faces! Immediately!
4 / Come on, you know us by now - we are powerless to resist the lure of a macaroon. And double chocolate you say? Well, come right over here!
5 / Cupcakes are a classic. And with 'salted' anything being right on trend, we love these salted dark chocolate cupcakes. Don't they look delish?
6 / This cake just screams perfection. And you guessed it; it's got a salted caramel centre.
7 / This glazed chocolate tart will make the perfect addition to any Sunday lunch table. Serve it with ice-cream and you've got a winning dessert on your hands.
8 / Yes, yes, winter is on it's way, so before it disappears, be sure to make this delicious looking Greek yoghurt chocolate ice-cream. We'd like to think that the 'Greek yoghurt' part makes it extra healthy.

Are you drooling yet? We are! We're signing out for the long weekend, and looking forward to a four day weekend. Have a happy Easter Rubies - we hope you stuff your faces silly!
