What does the venue package include and what size wedding can you host?
The venue can seat up to 200 guests (150 guests comfortably inside the venue and 50 guests seated at tables outside on the verandahs.)
This includes:
- 2 types of chairs (a plastic chair with a chair cover, or wooden cross
back chairs)
- 2 types of Tables (metal trestle tables, or a teak tables)
- 3 couches
- 2 side tables
- Tablecloths and napkins
- Basic crockery, cutlery and glasses
- 8 garden cottages for the bridal party on the Night of the wedding .No
more than two guests per cottage.
- 1 superior bridal suite cottage for the bridal couple on the night of the wedding.
- Breakfast on the Sunday morning for 18 guests.
Do you have a wedding planner or facilitator?
No, although our very own Colle team of ladies have a knack for creating beautiful events and are happy to share their thoughts and ideas with you. Rest assured that someone will be there by your side facilitating on the day of your wedding. We are also happy to recommend some of the best wedding planners we know!
How does your catering work?
We have worked with some amazing caterers and with the greatest confidence encourage our brides to select a supplier from our directory. Currently we have two caterers on hand, Aubergine and Food Matters.
Do you offer accommodation?

Is there space for the bridal party to get ready on the day?
Any of the 8 cottages or our luxurious Spa can be used for the bridal party to get prepped and pampered.
What time is the venue available until?
In keeping our neighbours happy, please understand that music and wedding venue will be shut down strictly at 12 midnight.
Do you have specific suppliers?
We encourage all our brides to select suppliers from our directory. Each supplier has worked numerous events at Camp Orchards and works with ease within the Camp Orchards kitchen or venue. Their time working past functions at Camp Orchards makes them a team of qualified professionals worthy of meeting our Camp Orchards standards.
Tell us about your bar?
Camp Orchards is a fully licensed facility. The bar at the wedding venue will provide all alcohol and drinks. We offer a cash bar or a pre-paid bar with a limit. If you would like to bring in your own wines we charge a R45 corkage fee per bottle.
Do you offer parking?
There is ample parking within the use of the paddocks
What are the costs to hire Camp Orchards?
Costs: Total: R 50 000. 10 % Damages Deposit – R 5000 Grand Total: R 55 000. Please note that pricing is subject to change, and will be revised for 2015.
