A week or two ago we introduced a new feature to the blog called What We're Pinning (see it here) and we promised that another feature would be added to the mix soon. Well here it is! :) Our Week in Pictures is a fun look into our daily lives - things that we get up to on the weekends, awesome shopping and bargain finds, new recipes that we've tried - just small nuggets of ourselves so you can get to know us a little better. We take so many pictures on our phones / tablets / camera's - it's about time we do something with them right? Sound ok? Good, let's take it away...
We sent off two little parcels this week - one very special set of wedding invitations (more to come on that) and a set of Thank You cards for Keryn and Derrick; a great couple we've had the pleasure of designing their wedding stationery for. You can also see their engagement shoot here.
Kimmi has spent the past two weeks running around getting visa's for all sorts of exciting parts of the world for her big trip! We'll be telling you a bit more about her trip, but this is a visual clue for now :)
The vibe at the Moses Mabhida stadium was electric for Bafana Bafana's quarter final clash against Mali. The loss was heartbreaking, but we're so proud of our boys!
Kimmi got a plethora of fun and useful gifts for her trip abroad. Don't you just the love the look of that travel journal. Perfect for someone who likes to make lots and lots of lists!
Kimmi and I headed out to the newly opened Beluga in Gateway for some farewell sushi with some friends. The food and atmosphere was divine (the restaurant is gorgeous inside) and they have half price specials on the sushi and dim sum everyday before 7pm. Score!
We really hope you enjoy this new little feature! We really had fun coming up with a way to show our readers a bit of our lives and this seemed like the perfect way. If you simply can't get enough of us, don't forget to follow Kim and I (Fil) on twitter. We always love hearing from our readers!
